Chauffeurs retain the right to refuse service based on the amount of additional luggage, and excess baggage may also result in additional charges.

If your hourly booking concludes in a city different from the pickup location, you will be responsible for covering the additional distance required for the chauffeur to return to the original city.

We discourage the consumption of food during rides to help maintain vehicle cleanliness. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed with prior consent and in accordance with local laws. If a guest becomes too intoxicated, the chauffeur may ask the guest to stop drinking, and if safety is compromised, the ride may be stopped. If the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled food or drinks, additional charges may apply. Complimentary bottled water is available in all vehicles.

For curbside pickup, please call dispatch after collecting your baggage and when you are ready to go, and the driver will meet you at an agreed location. For inside pickup, the chauffeur will wait at the airline baggage claim area with a personalized name sign. If the airport meeting point is different, the location will be written in your booking confirmation email.
