Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

No. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking. Violating this policy can result in additional charges.

What happens if my luggage does not fit in the selected vehicle?

The maximum luggage allowance shown for each booking is based on safety, so we do not recommend exceeding this limit. If you are traveling with more luggage than the allowance, please book enough vehicles to transport all your belongings safely without exceeding the maximum capacity. Chauffeurs retain the right to refuse service based on the amount of additional luggage, and excess baggage may also result in additional charges.

How many guests can you transport?

The maximum number for each service class is displayed during booking. These numbers are based on average luggage sizes and are not absolute. As safety is our highest priority, chauffeurs may decline service if the number of guests or amount of luggage would make the ride unsafe.

What happens if my hourly ride concludes outside the city where it began?

If your hourly booking concludes in a city different from the pickup location, you will be responsible for covering the additional distance required for the chauffeur to return to the original city.

Can I bring food and drinks into the car?

We discourage the consumption of food during rides to help maintain vehicle cleanliness. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed with prior consent and in accordance with local laws. If a guest becomes too intoxicated, the chauffeur may ask the guest to stop drinking, and if safety is compromised, the ride may be stopped. If the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled food or drinks, additional charges may apply. Complimentary bottled water is available in all vehicles.

Do you charge waiting time and overtime?

Yes. We allow 1 hour of free waiting time for airport arrival pickups. For all other bookings, waiting time and overtime charges apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time listed on the reservation. Waiting time and overtime are billed in 30-minute increments based on the hourly rate of the vehicle booked for the trip.

Where will the chauffeur meet me at the airport?

You may choose airport curbside pickup or request an inside pickup. For curbside pickup, please call dispatch after collecting your baggage and when you are ready to go, and the driver will meet you at an agreed location. For inside pickup, the chauffeur will wait at the airline baggage claim area with a personalized name sign. If the airport meeting point is different, the location will be written in your booking confirmation email.

Do you transport unaccompanied minors?

No. Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the ride.
